Material Information:

MDF (Medium-density fibreboard): MDF is a wood derivative. It is produced using resins (glues) to bond wood fibers, which are then compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and more resistant to strength. Additionally, it does not absorb moisture.

LPL Decor Paper: LPL (Low-Pressure Laminate) Decor Paper is widely used for surface decoration, such as furniture, doors, floors, and other interior surfaces. It is a type of decorative paper impregnated with resins to become durable and glossy. It is then applied to substrates such as MDF or plywood and processed under low pressure and heat to produce products like furniture surfaces. Available in a wide variety of colors, designs, and textures, it can replicate natural materials such as wood, marble, and granite.

Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture manufacturing, offering several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity in furniture. Besides the mentioned properties, metal can have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).

Maintenance Instructions:

MDF: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Wipe the surface gently until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface dry with a clean, dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe off any spills immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.

LPL Decor Paper: LPL-coated surfaces are easy to clean with mild detergents and a soft cloth. Avoid contact with liquids.

Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth at regular intervals is recommended. For outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
1. For longer protection, apply protective cream available from commercial stores.
2. If your furniture is processed and painted with the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
3. If your metal furniture does not have electrostatic painting, you need to take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover them with special covers and, if possible, store them indoors during winter.
4. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
