Material Information:

Chipboard: Also known as Novopan, chipboard is a composite wood material made from small wood particles, typically pine or fir, glued together under high pressure and temperature using resins. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, interior surfaces, and structural applications. Made from recycled materials, it is resistant to warping, abrasion, and other physical stresses.
Melamine: LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surface manufacturing due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.
Metal: Metals are widely used in furniture manufacturing, offering several advantages over other materials. They are extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for heavy use or demanding environments. They maintain their shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity for the furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metals may have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper), magnetism (nickel), or superconductivity (molybdenum).

Material Maintenance Instructions:

Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, you can use a soft cloth lightly moistened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
Melamine: One of the most well-known materials in the furniture industry is melamine. To remove stains from its surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
Metal: For any interior metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth at regular intervals is the recommended choice.
